TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dollar East is offering a promotional campaign for its Home Remittance Customers at all branches. The theme of the promotion is Sonay Ki Jhankar, and Tohfoon Ki Bharmar. 

Following are the terms & conditions of the campaign;

1. The campaign is valid from 13 March to 11 June 2024.
2. The Promotion is open to all residents of Pakistan over the age of 18 years who receive Home Remittances of any value through Western Union, MoneyGram, and RIA Money Transfer at any branch of Dollar East Exchange during the campaign. 
3. In this promotion the customers who receive a Home Remittance payment will get an instant gift and their names will be entered into the lucky draw for a chance to win Umra Ticket and gold rewards.
4. To qualify for the Promotion the customers must receive a Home Remittance payment from any branch of Dollar East Exchange during the Promotion Period.
5. The winners of the lucky draw will be contacted through the phone number provided by them at the time of receiving the payment.
6. The Promotion is not open to the following:
   • Employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiary companies, as well as its representatives;
   • Anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

   Family members referred above include, but are not limited to spouse, ex-spouse, children or stepchildren, parents, step-parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

7. The following details will be collected from the Customers at the time of receiving the payments;
   • Customer’s Name in Full
   • Customer CNIC Number
   • Address
   • Contact Number
8. Multiple entries for the Lucky Draw prize are permitted based on multiple transactions performed by the customers during the campaign. The more the transactions, the higher the chances of winning in the lucky draw.
9. The prizes are non-transferable.
10. The winners will be required to take part in the Promotion including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, and city of residence being disclosed at no further compensation. The winner’s picture will be used in related ads and uploaded on our Web Pages, Social Media Pages, and Banners, etc.
11. If a winner refuses to participate in the promotion, his/her prize will be canceled and transferred to another customer through lucky draw.
12. Customers who do not wish to take part in this Promotion may either communicate the same to the Promoter or decline to collect the gift/prize.
13. Winners are personally responsible for tax liability where applicable.
14. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or death) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered.
15. The company’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the Promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Pakistan.
17. By entering this lucky draw campaign, all participants (customers) will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
