Dollar East is offering a promotional campaign for its Home Remittance Customers at all branches. The theme of the promotion is SHANDAR JEET.

Following are the terms & conditions of the campaign;

1. The campaign is valid from 15 March to 30 June 2022.
2. The Promotion is open to all residents of Pakistan over the age of 18 years who receive Home Remittance of any value through Western Union, MoneyGram and RIA, at any branch of Dollar East Exchange during the campaign.
3. To qualify for the Promotion, customers must receive a Qualifying Transaction during the Promotion Period in order to enter into fortnightly lucky draws for a chance to win the prizes listed in below details. The customers are not required to pay fees of any kind for entry into the fortnightly lucky draws.
4. During this promotion, a total of 7 Lucky draws will be conducted i.e., one lucky draw after every 15 days. Participants receiving transactions in the qualifying fortnight (for dates of qualifying fortnight, see point 5 below) will have the chance to win 1 Motorcycle, 1 LED TV, 1 Air Conditioner, 2 Microwave Oven, and 2 Android Phone in every draw. In addition, participants will have an opportunity to win Umra Ticket in the month of Ramzan and the Bumper Prizes of an 800cc Car.

6. The lucky draw will be held on the dates which are mentioned in point 5, and the names of winners will be announced at Dollar East website and social media pages. The winners will also be contacted through phone number provided by them at the time of receiving the payment.
7. The Promotion is not open to the following:
   • Employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiary companies, as well as its representatives;
   • Anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
   • Family members referred above include, but is not limited to: spouse, ex- spouse, child or step child, parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
8.  Following Details must be taken from the Customers;
   • Customer’s Name in Full
   • Customer CNIC Number (must be valid)
   • Address
   • Contact Number
   • Email IDs (optional)
9. Multiple entries for the fortnightly prize draws are permitted based on multiple transaction performed by the customers during the qualifying fortnight. The more the transactions, the higher the chances of winning in the lucky draw.
10. The prizes are non-transferable.
11. The winners will be required to take part in Promotion including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, nationality and city of residence being disclosed at no further compensation. Winner’s picture will be used in related ads and uploaded on our Web Pages, Social Media Pages, and Banners, etc.
12. If a winner refuses to participate in the promotion, his/her prize will be cancelled and transferred to another customer through lucky draw.
13. Customers who do not wish to take part in this Promotion may either communicate the same to the Promoter or decline to collect prize within the deadline specified for the same.
14. Winners are responsible for tax liability where applicable.
15. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss nor damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or death) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered.
16. Distribution of prizes to the winners will be conducted at the Participating Location where the winning Qualifying Transaction was conducted on fortnightly bases. All prizes must be collected by the winners within one week, failing which, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prizes as it deems fit.
17. The company’s decision in all matters to do with the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Pakistan.
19. By entering in this lucky draw campaign, all participants (customers) will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
