KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee extended its modest appreciation against the US dollar for a second consecutive week, gaining 0.03 percent in the interbank market. The local currency closed at Rs277.25 per dollar, strengthening by 7 paisas from the previous week’s close of Rs277.32.
