KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee edged higher against the US dollar in the inter-bank market during the previous week, registering a 0.03 percent appreciation. The local unit closed at 278.12 against the greenback, compared with 278.20 a week earlier, reflecting a gain of Re0.08.
