Following a decline in global oil prices, the government on Tuesday announced a reduction in daily fuel rates for October 14. According to an official notification, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs2.71 to Rs392.66 per litre, while High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been marginally cut by 3 paise to Rs396.82 per litre.
