KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee extended its upward momentum against the US dollar, recording a slight appreciation of 0.01 percent in the inter-bank market on Thursday.
By the day’s close, the rupee stood at 281.92, up by Re0.03 against the dollar, marking its tenth consecutive gain.
A day earlier, on Wednesday, the local currency had closed at 281.95.
