Karachi: The Pakistani rupee continued its slight upward trend, appreciating by 0.03% to close at 282.87 against the US dollar in the inter-bank market on Thursday. This marks a gain of Re0.08 from the previous day. Globally, the US dollar hovered near a two-month high as Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell maintained a cautious stance on interest rate cuts.
