KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee’s upward trend against the US dollar came to a pause on Wednesday, as the local currency posted a slight dip in the inter-bank market.
By the day’s close, the rupee settled at 281.43 against the greenback, reflecting a marginal decline of Re0.01. A day earlier, the local unit had closed at 281.42, marking its 33rd straight session of gains with an appreciation of Re0.03.
