The Pakistani rupee extended its upward momentum for a second consecutive week, appreciating by Re0.13 or 0.05 percent against the US dollar in the inter-bank market.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the local currency closed at 281.77, compared to 281.90 a week earlier.
