Pakistan’s External Debt Climbs to USD 92.2 Billion

ISLAMABAD: An official from the Debt Management Office informed the Senate Standing Committee on Economic Affairs that Pakistan’s external debt and liabilities had risen to USD 92.2 billion as of August 31, 2025.
The meeting, chaired by Senator Saifullah Abro, was briefed by the Ministry of Finance’s representative on the current debt situation and related economic matters.
