Dollar East Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd., arranged training session for the employees on Saturday, 13th December 14 at Kinara Restaurant Gujrat on the topic of “Customer Services Excellence”.
Mr. Nadeem Mustafa, Mr. Ahmad Barjees Faisal, Mr. Umair Farooq and Ms. Rania Bashir, described and shared different ideas to achieve excellence in customer services. It was a learning experience for all Managers and Assistant Managers of Dollar East branches as they also actively participated in various activities designed for this session. The purpose of this training is to polish the skills and competencies of employees to increase customer satisfaction.
At the end of the training session, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal, Director Operations and Ms. Rubina Mirza, Director Accounts distributed the souvenirs and certificates of participation among the participants.
