ISLAMABAD: The Russian government has put forward two proposals for the revival of the struggling Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM). One option involves a blast furnace model estimated to cost USD 1.91 billion, while the other is based on Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) technology with an estimated cost of USD 1.05 billion.
