KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee extended its upward momentum against the US dollar on Friday, appreciating slightly in the inter-bank market. At close, the local currency settled at 281.46, marking a modest gain of Re0.01. This also marked the rupee’s 31st consecutive session of appreciation against the greenback.
